Who is GCM?

Galloway-Chandler-McKinney Insurance was formed in 1993 when Jimmy Galloway of Columbus and Kyle Chandler, III, and Steve McKinney of West Point teamed up with the idea of forming an independent insurance agency that was regional in scope yet had offices in multiple locations. The concept was to be large enough to offer customers the best possible choices while maintaining the personal connection to a community so they could genuinely serve their fellow citizens.

Several years later, GCM began offering their services in Monroe County, and Jack Campbell joined as head of the Aberdeen and Amory offices.  Following that addition, a location was added in Starkville that is now headed by William Hilbun.

Today, sons Brandt Galloway and Kyle Chandler, IV, are among the company’s leadership. GCM maintains offices in all five locations but manages insurance plans for customers across the Southeast.
