Making an Insurance Claim

At a time of bereavement, we strive to make the claims process as easy as possible for you. When you contact us, please have ready the following:

• The insured’s name, date of birth, date of death and policy number(s)

• A copy of the death certificate

• The claimant’s statement

• The original contract if available
